Terms and Conditions
1. If customers book a PHM Hotels via online at our official brand.com website and within 24 hours find an equivalent offer on another third party booking site for the same hotel with the same room category same rate plans as well as rate policy being offered at a lower price (excluding local taxes and service charge but including booking fees), all PHM Hotels will honor the lower rate and give customers a further reduction of 25% for the first night only.
2. Guarantee Application
The Best Price Guarantee applies to reservationson THE HAVEN Hotels, THE 1O1 Hotels & Resorts, THE BnB Hotels, FRii Hotels and PHM Collection Hotels & Resorts made on the Internet sites as follow phm-hotels.com, www.thehavenhotels.com, www.the101hotels.com, www.thebnbhotels.com, www.friihotels.com, and www.phmcollection.com.
To submit a claim under the Best Rate Guarantee, customers must complete the online claim form from PHM Hotels website, https://www.phm-hotels.com/best-rate-guarantee/claim-form/
3. Applicable Rate
a. Hotels will not offer cheaper internet/BAR rate in any other online booking site except in official brand.com site.
b. Hotels will honour additional 25% discount from lowest price that found and claimed by guests in other third party online booking site customers book a PHM Hotels via online at our official brand.com website and within 24 hours find an equivalent offer on another third party booking site for the same hotel with the same room category being offered at a lower price (excluding local taxes and service charge but including booking fees), except brand.com. The additional 25% discount only applicable for the first night only.
4. The Best Rate Guarantee applies solely to hotels room bookings, excluding the sale of all-inclusive packages (including an offer proposed at the hotel, transport services or any other service related to the room booking)The rates covered by the Best Rate Guarantee must be accessible to the general public and available for reservation; expressly excluded are:
I. Group rates
II. Corporate and government rates
III. Tour operator rates
IV. Conference and seminar rates
V. Specific promotional offers granting an additional discount after the booking is made (i.e. promotional codes supplied further to the registration in a newsletter)
VI. Rates granted to PHM Hotels partners and their employees
VII. Owning company rates
VIII. Member rates
5. Type of rooms
The Best Rate Guarantee applies to the same room category as booked on PHM Hotels websites.The room category claimed for must be available and bookable on another website at the time of verification by the PHM Hotels customer service department.
6. Dates and Length of the Stay
The Best Rate Guarantee applies to the same dates as booked on Internet sites.For claims concerning a booking of two or more consecutive nights (at the same hotel), the Best Rate Guarantee applies on the basis of the price per night and not on the total amount of the stay.
If the rate found on another Internet site with a different currency from brand.com, it has to be changed to IDR for a valid comparison. Other currencies except IDR will not allowed for comparison.
8. Sales of Conditions
The sales conditions/policies associated with the rate on another Internet site must be the same as the sales conditions of the rate booked on PHM Hotels Internet sites in order for the Best Rate Guarantee to apply.
This concerns in particular:
– prepayment and deposit requirements
– cancellation conditions
– conditions regarding modification of the reservation
9. Fill in the Claim Form
The online claim form can be accessed on any PHM Hotels Internet site URL, phm-hotels.com/best-rate-guarantee/. The mandatory fields on the claim form must be properly completed, and the required supporting documents such as screenshot with final price must be attached to the claim. Claims that are incomplete or incorrect, or that include illegible or incomplete supporting documents, will not be processed.
A completed claim may be made within the 24 hours following the booking made on any PHM Hotels Internet site, as attested by the time on the booking confirmation, maximum at 18:00 GMT +7 on the following day.
10. Claim Handling
After verification by the customer service department, the Best Rate Guarantee will be granted if your claim meets all the conditions of application. The customer service department will send an e-mail with the reservation confirmation number as well as the new rate applicable.In the case of a prepaid reservation rate, the hotel will reimburse the difference in price on the credit card initially debited online.
If the claim does not meet the conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee, the customer service department will send you an e-mail stating that the Guarantee cannot be applied. Should Customers wish to cancel the reservation made on PHM Hotels Internet sites, the sales conditions applicable are those stated in the sales conditions presented on the site.
11. Payment at the Hotel
Upon departure from the hotel, the rate confirmed by the customer service department will be billed together with any other services not included in the reservation (restaurant, bar, laundry, etc.). In the event that the rate was prepaid at the time of the booking, only the services not included in the reservation (restaurant, bar, laundry, etc.) will be billed at check-out.
PHM Hotels decline any responsibilities regarding any expenses that may arise from canceling a reservation, for all reservations made on any Internet site other than any PHM Hotels Internet site. PHM Hotels reserve the right to modify or terminate the Best Rate Guarantee and its terms and conditions of this Guarantee at any time and without prior notice.
