On August 8, 2017, PHM Hospitality launched a Management Development Program with the primary objective to provide opportunities for hotel employees to improve their management skills and techniques and also a fast track towards developing future hotel leaders as general managers, executive assistant managers, hotels manager and resident manager.
The Management Development Program for the first quarter have 17 selected participants and was facilitated by Mrs. Mira Boma as President Director and also Vice Presidents of PHM Hospitality. The participants must complete this program within 18 months and 1st batch of this program, 10 participants successfully passed after they completed 15 modules with a total of 104 sessions with approximately 200 tasks to do.
This graduation ceremony was held at The 1O1 Bogor Suryakancana and the certificate was presented by Mr. Budi Tirtawisata as CEO of Panorama Group. “Graduates from this program will have the priority to fill the level management positions within PHM Hospitality properties. During the program there were several participants who had been promoted including: Mr. Ade Sudrajat, as Hotel Manager of The 1O1 Malang and Mr. Rendi Soeriawidjaja as Hotel Manager of The BnB Jakarta Kelapa Gading, hopefully they can be role model as a leader and for employees who want to improve their careers. ” said Mr. Budi.
In addition, PHM Hospitality also announced the winner of PHM Ambassador 2019. PHM Ambassador is a program to select the best employees from all hotels managed by PHM Hospitality. The best employees from each of the hotels were re-selected for their skills, knowledge and leadership, through a highly selective assessment process by the Judges.
The winner of PHM ambassador 2019 is Ms. Febby Kemala Dewi from The Haven Bali Seminyak. The winner for Runner-up was given to Ms. Yoeziana from The 1O1 Jakarta Sedayu Darmawangsa and the winner for The Star category was given to Mr. Ahmad Bagus Syiauqi from The 1O1 Bogor Suryakancana. PHM Ambassador 2019 will get a certificate, pocket money, a trophy and accommodation facilities and flight tickets to visit one of the hotel units for a study tour.
