Our Mebat cooking class brings guests closer to the rich flavours of Balinese cuisine. In Lemon Cello, our poolside restaurant, our Balinese Chef begins the class by introducing the fresh produce picked up that morning from local markets. With the aim of cooking a divine, fully Balinese, 3-course menu, guests will learn traditional Indonesia skills, such as using the 'Cobek' to grind up some local spices. Full knife safety training is included and HACCP hygiene guidelines are followed throughout. The best part is, these new chefs will then get to indulge in their newly created dishes, bursting with distinct local flavours, at the Balinese Banquet Table.
